Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall use a trademark identical with another person's registered trademark on goods identical with or similar to the designated goods or produce, teach or sell such trademark for the purpose of forging the registration of another person.

The defendant, who sells golf products with the trade name of "E", was designated and registered as a golf product by "F", and was aware that the golf machine with the trademark "I", "L" registered as H in the Korean Intellectual Property Office of G Date, "N" registered as H, and "N" renewed on September 1, 2015, is sold at low prices.
