The above judgment becomes final and conclusive and currently suspended, and Defendant B, on June 26, 2015, was sentenced to the suspension of the execution for six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in public order branch of the Daejeon District Court on June 26, 2015; the same year;
7.4. The above judgment becomes final and conclusive and currently during the suspension of execution.
1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants
A. From July 6, 2015 to around 23:00 of the same month, the Defendants joined the house of the victim D, which was in Bosa City, from around 22:00 to around 23:00 of the same month, and the Defendant A reported the network. Defendant B opened and intruded the non-Correctioned windows, and used them to cut off with 1 boxes of cans and 1 boxes of 85,000 won in total, the market price owned by the victim at the same place.
B. From October 22, 2015 to around 23:00 to around 23:00, the Defendants jointly filed a report on the network of the above victim D, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant B, with 30,000 won in total, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was at least 30,000 won, by shouldering and intrusioning the small room windows of the victim.
2. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct
