A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months and by imprisonment for not more than six months for a crime of No. 2 as decided by the court below.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of execution for six months of imprisonment with labor due to the re-violation of electronic records, etc. in support of the Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court on November 28, 2017. The above judgment became final and conclusive on December 6, 2017, and is currently under suspension of execution.

[Criminal facts]

1. Night-time theft;

A. On August 27, 2017, at around 22:50 on 27, 2017, the Defendant confirmed that the Plaintiff was out of the house of the victim D, the victim C, and 202, and subsequently, opened a window through the fright stairs and intruded into the inner bank, and owned the victim’s market value of KRW 600,000,000, totaled of KRW 400,000,000.

B. The Defendant, at around 02:00 on September 2017, at around 02:0, came to the house of Victim F, which was located in Net City E, and confirmed that there was no person in the house through the window, and confirmed that there was no person in the house, and then intruded over the window opened by the victim’s father, and went to the room of his/her father’s wife, and carried out one b50,000 won of the market value, which was owned by the victim in the door of his/her visit.

On November 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim I’s house, which was in operation 104 and was in front of the house of the victim I, and was in front of the house of the victim I, and was in front of the site, and owned with the property worth KRW 600,000 in total, including one half of the amount of KRW 450,00,000 in the market value of the victim’s ownership, which was in the aftermath of the gas, (c) and one half of the amount of KRW 150,00 in cash.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, abused the victims’ residence at night more than three times, and stolen the total amount of KRW 1,450,000 in the market price.

2. On December 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a window in front of the first floor agricultural team office managed by the victim L by the J of Y and KPcheon Office around 00:19 on December 18, 2017; (b) opened the window in front of the office of the victim L; and (c) intrudes into the inside and inside the office; and (d) intrudes the window in front of the office of the victim’s damage.
