Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. Joint offenses with G, H, I, and F;

A. On June 101, 2013, the Defendant conspired with G, H, I, and F to submit a false health insurance eligibility certificate, false benefit statement, etc. that the Defendant was working for a person in charge of the bank’s name in SM5 savings bank from February 2013 to (i) and (ii) and (iii) receive a loan, and (iv) received a loan from the victim, in collusion with G, H, I, and F, and then received KRW 13 million in the name of the used vehicle purchase loan around June 10, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with G, H, I, and F, acquired KRW 13 million from the tact savings bank in exchange for the victim.
