The first instance court.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 29, 2014, at around 00:50, the Plaintiff driven a CTracter with two containers loaded with a container shower (B), and arrived at the Defendant’s Busan Port Port Loading and Unloading Port (hereinafter “instant box”). On March 29, 2014, the Plaintiff loaded a container using Trancers, a type of port loading and unloading equipment, and unloaded the container.

(b)container loading and unloading operations using franchises shall be carried out in the following order:

(1) The driver of the Tracter who arrives at the loading and unloading place of a container shall cancel all Shacks, a locker, which is a locker to fix the vehicle and the container at the time of the container shower, and stop the Tracter at the lower designated location of the franchiseer.

(2) The driver of any franchise shall get off the unit below the unit to lower the unit, and draw up approximately 1m from the parallel below the unit to the next:
