1. The Defendant’s KRW 7,606,403 as well as 5% per annum from August 21, 2014 to July 2, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is the party, etc.

2) The Defendant is a corporation that manages and operates Pyeongtaek-si container wharf (du number 6-9) in Pyeongtaek-si, which is located on the full side of Pyeongtaek-si. The Defendant is a corporation that manages and operates Pyeongtaek-si Port and the container wharf (du number 6-9).

In the loading and unloading work, the plaintiff also stopped in 2A-17 areas in accordance with the arrival order.

3) As above, while the Plaintiff is waiting for the order of loading and unloading operations, the rubber type clicker Crafe, which is driven by the Defendant Company’s non-persons affiliated with the Defendant Company, who completed loading and unloading operations within 2A-12 hours before the Plaintiff waits for the order of loading and unloading operations.

(C) After the instant accident, the Plaintiff requested repair of the instant cargo immediately after the instant accident, and the repair was completed around September 15, 2014, and KRW 12,375,000.
