Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 4, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Changwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on April 12, 201. On February 20, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch, which became final and conclusive on June 28, 2013.
