Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving of B B B B V V V 125 125 cc c.

On October 23, 2013, the driver of a vehicle other than a motor vehicle is prohibited from passing or crossing the motorway, etc., but the defendant passed the street, which is the motorway of about 50 meters from the 283 Sinsan-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the 374 Sinsan-dong, from the 283 Sinsan-dong, to the 374 Sinsan-dong, Samsung 1, 2013.
