Criminal facts
The defendant is a person who operates a stock farm in Gyeonggi-si C.
On May 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained a false diagnosis from a veterinarian E on May 19, 2012, stating that he/she is an injury for the reason of paying insurance money; and (b) prepared a sales contract that he/she sold KRW 100,000 to a non-permanent cattle (beak) and to a buyer who is a small seller, to submit it to a damaged private person B on May 2012, and that he/she received KRW 2,036,160 from the damaged insurance company on March 16, 2012, including that he/she receives KRW 18,239,250, as shown in the attached Table 18, such as that he/she receives KRW 2,250,00 from the damaged insurance company.
