Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2017, the victim C acquired ownership by winning a contract with Bosung-gun D land (hereinafter the land in this case) and its ground landscape and landscape around January 26, 2017.

On April 2017, the Defendant, who was dissatisfied with the bid price lower than the Defendant’s idea, stolen the instant land with property equivalent to KRW 72,61,01,010 in total at the market price of KRW 38,00, 38, 45, 45, 432, 932, 338, 338, such as small trees owned by the victim in the instant land, such as pokes, dump trucks, etc.
