Defendant
A Co., Ltd. (Representative D) is a corporation established in Jung-gu in Busan and the sixth floor for the purpose of oil supply business and registered with the Busan Metropolitan City Mayor (general agency). Defendant C (Representative F) is a corporation established for the purpose of oil sale business at the Busan Jung-gu G building and marine oil sale business at H and registered with the Busan Metropolitan City Mayor (general agency). Defendant A is a corporation that actually operated Defendant B from November 2014 to January 16, 2019.
1. A general agency among Defendant A petroleum retail business shall be supplied with petroleum products by petroleum refiners, petroleum exporters or importers, or other general agencies and sell them to other general agencies, gas stations, general retail shops, or end-consumers, and no person shall commit any act that undermines the sound distribution order of petroleum and alternative fuels by providing or being supplied with petroleum products or alternative fuels in violation of the scope of business or methods of business operation;
Nevertheless, around June 19, 2018, the Defendant sold KRW 11,417,850,34,956,750, respectively, to KK affiliated with the J Co., Ltd. by using I 1,417,850, and KRW 1,470,000, total amount of KRW 17 times in total, for ships purchased from the petroleum retail retail on the non-material petroleum retail on the non-material retail on the non-material retail. From that time until February 26, 2019, the Defendant sold KRW 1,470,000 purchased from the petroleum retail on the non-material retail on the total amount of 1,276,404,399.
As a result, the Defendant committed an act detrimental to the sound distribution order of petroleum and alternative fuel in violation of the scope of each sales business or business methods.
2. The defendant B is recorded in relation to the defendant's business at the date and place Nos. 1 through 13 in the list of crimes.
