A is the representative of B Co., Ltd. in Busan Jung-gu Cbuilding D, and the defendant B Co., Ltd. was a corporation established for the purpose of wholesale and retail business of petroleum products, and registered as a general sales agency in Busan Metropolitan City around November 17, 2014.

1. No petroleum retailer of Defendant A general agency shall engage in any conduct that undermines the sound distribution order of petroleum and alternative fuels by supplying or being supplied with petroleum products or alternative fuels in violation of the scope or methods of business by petroleum retailer, petroleum exporter or importer, or other general agencies and selling them to other general agencies, gas stations, general retail shops, or end-consumers by petroleum retail business or by alternative fuel retail business;

Nevertheless, from Jun. 19, 2018 to Nov. 24, 2018, the Defendant supplied 1,437,000 liters fuel oil for vessels to G affiliated with F Co., Ltd. for approximately KRW 19,414,725, using cGO 15,000 cGO 15,00 cGO cGO 15,000 cGO cGO 38 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd. committed an act undermining the sound distribution order of petroleum and alternative fuel as mentioned above with respect to the Defendant’s business at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
