1. Basic facts
A. Article 2 (Details of Business) of the Agreement on Joint Implementation of the instant case
1. Project name: A project for developing collective housing of one district per Cheongcheon-si in thecheon-si;
2. Location: 361-11, Cheongcheon-si, Cheongan-si.
4. Project period: Articles 4 from 207 to 2011;
1. Affairs of the Chungcheong Development Corporation;
(b) Investment in the form of a payment guarantee for a project cost, excluding proceeds from the sale of liabilities for the project and proceeds from the sale of additional proceeds;
(d) the joint selection of a contractor and a financial company for the project.
2. The plaintiff's work;
(a) general affairs for the successful implementation of the Project;
(b) Purchase of the project site for the project;
C. On December 26, 2007, the construction company and the financial company jointly selected the Plaintiff (i.e., the “Nocon Company”) and the Cheongnam-do Development Corporation (hereinafter “ Chungcheongnamnam-do Development Corporation”) to jointly implement the project for developing the collective housing of Cheongan-si (hereinafter “instant project”), and entered into a joint implementation agreement (hereinafter “instant joint implementation agreement”). The main contents of the agreement are as follows.

On December 26, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into the instant contract and the Chungcheongnam-do Development Corporation entered into a contract with the Defendant for the construction of the Cheongcheon-dong Apartment Complex (hereinafter “instant contract”) (hereinafter “instant construction”), and the main contents thereof are as follows.
2. Place of construction: At the Cheongan-si, 361-13, Cheongan-dong.
3. Period: 30 months from the date of actual commencement.
4. Construction amount: Article 3 of the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction Work (excluding the value-added tax).
1. Under the approval of the housing construction project plan, the Defendant’s construction contract amount shall be an amount obtained by multiplying the total floor space by the unit cost of 816,778 won (excluding value-added tax) and the unit sale cost of 10,000,000 won, and the usage rate following the alteration of the additional construction plan;
