Defendant

A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

, however, from the date this judgment becomes final.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2012, Defendant A and B conspired to have the lost smartphones embezzled by taxi engineers employed and purchased them, and then dispose of them and to divide the profits therefrom.

The Defendants employed 5,00 won per day from E, F, G, H, I, and J in accordance with the purchase smartphones, on the condition that Defendant A would pay 30,000 won to E, F, G, H, I, I, and J from 30,00 won per day, and that Defendant A would purchase smartphones embezzled by sending and stopping cell phone lights from the road side to the taxi where other taxi drivers would like to see the above.

Upon receipt of the above Defendants’ instructions:

A. From November 2, 2012 to January 6, 2013, E purchased 25 cars at the price determined by the Defendants with knowledge of the fact that the smartphone was stolen, from among taxi engineers who embezzled smartphones lost by the victims in the name failure that were taxi passengers in the vicinity of the 7th subway line from 00:00 to 04:00 each day.

B. From November 27, 2012 to December 18, 2012, F: (a) between 00:00 and 04:00 a day to 04:00, F purchased 18 at the price determined by the Defendants, knowing the fact that the smartphone is stolen, from among taxi engineers who embezzled the lost victims of the name in arrears, who were taxi passengers, in the vicinity of the 7st subway Line 7, a day to 04:00, the victims were aware of the fact that the smartphone is stolen.

C. G purchases 15 copies at the price determined by the Defendants with knowledge of the fact that the relevant smartphone is stolen from among taxi engineers who embezzled smartphones lost by the victims who were taxi passengers in the vicinity of subway 7 from 00:00 to 04:00 each day, and from those who embezzled smartphones lost in the vicinity of subway 7 from 00 to 04:00 each day.
