Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council "Diplomatic Association", and the victim E is the F of the church pastor.

1. On July 27, 2014, at the entrance of a church around 15:45 on July 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to “the face of a massage” to the victim before seeing 10 the 10 members of the church, while the victim was working on the part of the members who returned to the church.

2. On August 10, 2014, at the entrance of a church around 15:40, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by referring to the victim, “I can see the face of the massage,” “I will see that I will see the face of the massage,” “I will sing off, I will sing off,” and “I will sing away from the parallel value,” and “I will sing down.”
