A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a two-dimensional car.
On August 8, 2015, at around 04:41, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.053% of blood alcohol concentration, and led to the intersection of the first-lane distance in front of the local middle school located in the Ycheon-si Do, the head of Si/Gun/Gu at the seat of the Women's Culture Center to the 50 kilometers of Si/Gun/Gu.
