Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired to have sexual intercourse with the victim (the victim shall be 14 years old; hereinafter the same shall apply). Defendant A, as an employee of E main office located in D 2 in Gwangju-dong, 06:30 on April 19, 2015, had the victim take care of the victim and leave the victim in the open space.
