A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a public duty personnel who has served in a C Hospital located in Busan City from around June 24, 2013, and public duty personnel who have served in the field concerned for a total period of not less than eight days without justifiable grounds, although they have left their service or have not served in the field concerned.

6. From July 24, 2013, around November 22, 2013, around November 22, 2013, and around November 25, 2013, the workplace went away without good cause for a total of eight days.
