Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2014, at around 02:30, the Defendant driven a 2-km alcohol concentration of approximately 0.13% from the 2-km section of the cU convenience store located in 260 square meters from the front of the cU convenience store located in 260 Sinpo-si, Mariwon-si, Mariwon-si, Mariwon-si, the Government of the Republic of Korea, from around 02:58 on the same day to the cU convenience store.
