At around 02:00 on November 22, 2012, the Defendant driven approximately 30 meters from the day before the CU convenience store in the Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, while drunking about 0.176% of the blood alcohol concentration.
