1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. The plaintiff asserted on November 15, 2006 lent 150,000,000 won to defendant B Co., Ltd. on April 15, 2007. The defendant C is jointly and severally liable to pay 100,000,000 won remaining after deducting 50,000,000 won paid to the plaintiff from the above 150,000,000 won.

B. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of pleadings as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 3 (including number 1 to 4), Eul evidence Nos. 2 to 6 (including number 1 to 6), and witness witness Eul's testimony, the plaintiff found E Co., Ltd. 1 to 100,000 face value and 50,000 face value and 40,000 face value and 00,000 face value and 50,000 face value and 50,000,000 face value and 50,000,000,000 on April 5, 2007 and delivered 1 to the above F Co., Ltd. 15, 2006 and delivered 1 to the defendant Co., Ltd. 400,000,000 face value and 50,000,00 face value and 50,000 shares of the above E Co., Ltd.
