1. Around March 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim B, stating, “On the first floor coffee shop of the F insurance company located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, the Defendant would pay the principal and the amount of 6-8% (6-8%) of investments after two years.”

However, at the time, the F insurance company did not have the above goods, and even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to make an investment in the profitability product even if he received money from the victim because he used it for personal use, such as the payment of premiums by other customers who want to cancel the insurance.

Nevertheless, on March 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received KRW 4 million from the victim to the bank account under the name of the Defendant; and (c) obtained KRW 47,760,000 in total on 25 occasions from around that time to April 22, 2015 by the same method as indicated in the attached crime list (1).

2. Around June 4, 2015, the Defendant entered into a false statement with the victim stating that “Amaz”, a single product, may be purchased at a time of fishing in the city of Busan, and a return may be made if he/she supplies it at the time of fishing in the city of Busan. Around June 4, 2015, the Defendant entered into a false statement that “The principal and card fee shall be repaid in installments for 12 months.”

However, even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim, it is thought that it will be used for the cost of living, and there was no intention or ability to pay the money to the victim by purchasing the above money with the money and making the profit.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim and received agricultural credit cards from the victim on the same day.
