Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2016, the defendant obtained a license for the business of manufacturing general games from the head of Daejeon Central District Office on the business of manufacturing general games and operated "D Gameland" on the Daejeon Middle-gu and the second floor.

No one is allowed to exchange a tangible or intangible outcome obtained through the use of a game product. However, the Defendant established 30 game machine in the instant “D Gameland” and 30 game machine in each of the instant “D Gameland between the first patrol officer from November 2016 to October 30 of the same month, and had customers exchange the remainder after deducting 20% of the commission according to the points they acquired.

1. The grounds for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act are recognized to be erroneous and considering favorable circumstances that do not have any criminal history. However, a punishment as ordered shall be determined by taking into account various sentencing conditions, such as the business period, size of business, profits, and other Defendant’s age, sex, criminal conduct, environment, criminal records, circumstances before and after the crime, role or degree of participation in the game site of this case.
