Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a social service worker who serves in the Cdong community service center located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. The Defendant: 2019

At around 13:00, at the first floor of the above Cdong community service center, the Defendant’s cell phone (opphone 6S) was installed between the Defendant’s slicker and the Defendant’s mobile phone, and the Defendant’s sleeped the Defendant’s mobile phone between the slicker and the slicker, and attempted to photograph the part of the victim’s slick part of the cellular phone with the victim’s slick. On September 20, 2019, at around 10:45, the Defendant tried to take a dynamic image of the victim F with the Defendant’s cell phone using the same method as the foregoing paragraph (1), however, the Defendant attempted to take a dynamic image of the victim F with the Defendant’s cell phone, but was in an attempted attempt by stopping and deleting the scambling of fears.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to take photographs against the will of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using mobile phone cameras in total five times.
