The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 19:18, at Dart located in Gwangju Mine-gu, sent back to the victim E (n, 20 years of age) in front of the calculation unit of his/her place; (b) opened a video screen screen of the Defendant’s mobile phone; (c) opened a knee, knee, cut his/her body and cut his/her cell phone, and opened his/her cell phone into a bridge with the victim’s knee, knee, cut his/her body; (d) tried to take the body part of the body part of the victim’s the body part of the victim’s cell phone. However, the Defendant did not come up with the wind to make the cell phone knee to the direction of the floor and attempted to do so.

2. While the Defendant, at the time, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1, left a Mat immediately and went ahead of the foregoing victim’s front of the calculation unit, tried to lower the body while leaving the scene, and collect the Defendant’s cell phone between the injured party’s bridge and then take the body part of the victim’s body in the front of the calculation unit. However, the Defendant failed to do so on the wind of the cell phone’s video filming and failed to take the body part of the injured party.

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to take photographs of another person’s body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, by using a camera more than twice in total, against his will.

1. Article 59(1) of the Criminal Act of the Suspension of Sentence (the Defendant is a confession, sexual intercourse, and initial offender).

Each of the instant crimes was attempted.

The injured party shall not want the punishment of the defendant under agreement with the defendant.

The Defendant committed each of the instant crimes.
