A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 5, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) entered “D” located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and paid KRW 100,000 to E as the purchase price, and at least 15:50, the Defendant dumped the sexual intercourse with the above E at around 15:50.

2. 상해치사 피고인은 2015. 9. 5. 16:00경 제1항 기재 장소에서, 성매매 직후 더 자고 가려는 피고인을 업주인 피해자 E(여, 61세)가 바로 내보내려 한다는 이유로 피해자와 시비가 되어 손으로 나체 상태인 피해자의 목 부위를 수 회 밀쳐 피해자의 머리 부분 등을 벽에 부딪치게 하고, 재차 벽에 머리 부분을 부딪쳐 튕겨 나오는 피해자의 목 부위를 손으로 밀쳐 넘어뜨려 피해자의 머리 뒷부분이 바닥에 부딪치게 하였다.

As a result, the Defendant suffered bodily injury to the victim such as tearing the back of the head of the right head, and immediately after that, caused the victim's death by blood transfusion due to bodily injury.
