A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 00:00 on March 8, 2016, the Defendant arrested the juveniles using another person’s resident registration number in the act of committing a crime by the police box affiliated with the Seoul Gangnam Police Station D police station, which was dispatched after receiving a report from 112, at the “C,” located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and “The Defendant sold alcohol to juveniles,” and “The Defendant obstructed the police box prior to the patrol.”
