A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A false statement was made to the victims, who misrepresented their employees and called the victims to “a request to pay in cash the money in the name of repayment that would reduce low interest rates if the existing loans are repaid.” After making the victims believe that the victims would be able to return the existing loans under the name of “B”, the victims would be able to contact the Defendant through the Meg Meg Messens, thereby leading the victims to represent the employees of the financial company, etc., and introduce them to the victims under the name of “B,” the victims would be able to compensate for the existing loans, and the victims would be urged to receive the cash in the name of repayment from the victims and transfer it to the account designated by the victims. The Defendant, upon receiving the cash from the victims in accordance with the above instructions, conspired in sequence to transfer the remaining money excluding the cash amount from KRW 300,000 to KRW 50,000,000,0000 to the account designated by the victims.

On May 28, 2020, the name-free person assumes the position of the Co., Ltd. and calls to victims D for a low interest rate loan. The name-free person makes a false statement to the effect that he/she will send staff members of the Financial Supervisory Commission who collect cash from the existing E card in cash by making a loan borrowed from the existing E card in order to obtain a low interest rate substitute loan, and he/she will send them to the said staff member. On May 14:30, 2020, the Defendant assumes the employees of the Financial Supervisory Commission at the front end of the former fire-fighting office, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 29, 2020, he/she assumes the victim as the staff of the Financial Supervisory Commission, and receives 1,699,00 won from the victim, and transfers the remainder of the money, excluding the amount of money of KRW 499,00,000,000,000 from the victim to the account designated by the victim.
