A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving)

On August 22, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car with a alcohol content of 0.152% in alcohol around 19:10, while driving it, and driving the said car in front of the funeral hall C in Asan City B at Asan City with a two-lane distance from the c funeral hall to the string of the office of the funeral hall, the Defendant was going to the U.S. at a speed of the speed of the Si-high speed along the two-lane between the two-lanes.

On August 22, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving of alcohol) driven a DNA rocketing car with alcohol content of 0.152% at a section of about 10 meters from the C funeral parking lot located in Asan-si B to the same funeral hall, from around 19:10 to the same funeral hall.
