Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a K5-car.
1. On May 18, 2019, the Defendant, at around 08:06, tried to change the course to three-lanes while driving the said car owned by the Defendant and driving the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.183% under the influence of alcohol level 0.183%.
In such cases, the driver has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brakes, such as taking the steering direction and direction well before changing the course, if a person engaged in driving service is a person who is engaged in driving service.
