Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 19:00 on March 21, 2014, the injured Defendant: (a) provided a serious bath to the victim D (the aged 41) who was employed in scke or scke in scke, for the reason that the ES treatment process of the Cheongban which had been purchased and entered in the 35-day, Namnam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, for several years at the 2nd class store of the New World department Store “C”, was not in mind; (b) provided a serious bath to the victim D (the aged 41) who was employed in scke; (c) collected the scke in the victim’s head; and (d) taken the left-hand bridge five times on the left-hand side of the victim, and caused damage to the victim’s scke in detail without an open address for 14 days.

2. 폭행 피고인은 전항과 같은 일시 및 장소에서 위와 같은 상황으로 인해 연락을 받고 현장에 도착한 신세계백화점 영업팀 소속 피해자 E(44세), 보안팀 소속 피해자 F(39세), 피해자 G(24세)이 술에 취하여 여종업원에게 심한 욕설을 하는 자신을 만류하였다는 이유로 화가 나 이들에게 심한 욕설을 하면서 피해자 G의 얼굴을 손으로 때리고 발로 피해자의 다리를 3회 가량 걷어찼다.

3. In the same time and place as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim H (the age of 43) who was a manager and responsible manager of the clothing store by force, such as: (a) preventing customers from entering the store by avoiding disturbance over about 40 minutes; and (b) making customers unable to properly engage in shopping; and (c) preventing them from doing so.
