A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Incheon District Court on December 29, 2004, sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, committed at the Incheon District Court on March 16, 2007, and one year and six months to imprisonment for the same crime at the Incheon District Court on August 26, 2009, and two years to imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court on August 26, 2009, and on June 26, 2012, was sentenced to two years to imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul High Court on June 26, 201, and is a deaf who completed the execution of the sentence at the female prison on November 14,

1. On January 12, 2014, at around 13:30 on January 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim C was in a telephone and her clothes at the Bupyeong-gu square of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in front of the clothes, the Defendant: (b) discovered that the victim C was in the face of the spawn; and (c) used a gap in the victim’s surveillance over the spawn in which the victim’s driver’s license and cash amounting to approximately KRW 2.60,000,000 in the market price of approximately KRW 85,000 in the face of the victim.

On January 12, 2014, around 15:14, 2014, the Defendant discovered that there is room for the victim D, who is being able to wear clothes from the new world department store underground floor No. 35, in the Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, the Defendant taken away the bags containing 12 copies of the 10,00 Won New World Product Rights, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim was neglected.

3. On January 12, 2014, around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim E was opened at the victim E’s household store around the 1st floor food store located in Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, 35-ro; (b) laid down the bags containing approximately KRW 140,000,00 in the market price, including the gift certificates of KRW 50,00,00,000, in front of the 1st floor food store stores underground, and the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) laid down the bags containing seven copies, such as the gift certificates of KRW 1,40,00,00 in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
