Reasons

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night residence intrusion theft, etc. at the Changwon District Court on July 22, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan Prison on July 16, 2017.

[Criminal facts]
