A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was dead from May 2014 to May 2016 by the victim C (n, 35 years of age) and the workplace club fee.

On October 15, 2016, the Defendant sent pictures of the victim’s face, her tamp, etc. to the said G by using his/her house, and around October 17, 2016, the said pictures were sent to the said G.

Accordingly, the defendant provided others with taking photographs of the victim's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, against the victim's will.
