Defendant New Entertainment again completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of trust to the Korea Land Trust on October 26, 2000. Defendant New Entertainment completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of trust again on October 26, 200. 4) Defendant New Entertainment obtained approval for use of D buildings on November 6, 200, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under its name on each of the separate sections of D buildings (hereinafter referred to as “each separate sections”) on November 16, 200 after obtaining approval for use of D buildings on November 16, 200.
