3) The Korea Land Trust completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 25, 200 with respect to the instant land on the ground of reversion of trust property to the J on October 25, 200, and the J again completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of trust to the Korea Land Trust on October 26, 2000. 4) On October 28, 2000, the J changed the owner of new construction of N Building from the Korea Land Trust to J on November 6, 2000 and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its name with respect to each of the separate sections of the Korea Land Trust and N Buildings (hereinafter referred to as “each divided building”) on November 7, 200 after obtaining approval for use on November 6, 200.

The second or third above ground level of N was registered by dividing into at least 100 stores (old units) per each floor, and J completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 21, 200 with respect to each partitioned building by trust.
