A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 14, 2017, the Defendant, including psychotropic drugs, connected the Internet site (E) where narcotics are sold using mobile phone devices from around 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) ordered 6-A, 5-2-luluisis 1g; (b) 3-luluis 3-luluis pentluis, temporary narcotics, etc. 1g; (c) paid approximately 308,000 won for the purchase price; and (d) ordered a seller of narcotics, etc., whose name is unknown in the Netherlands, concealed the psychotropic drugs as above in a postal bag; and (d) imported the psychotropic drugs from the Incheon City Association to the arrival of the said postal items at the Incheon Association; and (e) recorded the psychotropic drugs in attached Forms 6-A, 2-luluis 2,000,000 won in total from the time of import to the date of import; and (e) recorded the said provisional psychotropic drugs in attached Forms 6 to May 2, 6, 2018.

2. On November 11, 2018, the Defendant used psychotropic drugs and temporary narcotics, etc. in a manner of taking approximately 1g of psychotropic drugs and approximately 3-prolux pentine 1g of temporary narcotics, etc., from among F building G, G, G, G, G, the psychotropic substances, along with water.

3. Around November 15, 2018, the Defendant possessed psychotropic drugs and temporary narcotics, etc. in a way that, among Flue Buildings G, approximately 7g psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, and approximately 3-luxine 6g of temporary narcotics, etc., in a transparent vinyl bag 10, the Defendant possessed psychotropic drugs and temporary narcotics, etc. by inserting approximately 7g of psychotropic drugs, and approximately 6g of psychotropic drugs, in a transparent plastic bag.
