1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. As between E and E on June 3, 2014, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract between E and a beneficiary of death insurance money and a statutory heir, beneficiary of maturity refund money, E, and beneficiary of injury death insurance (hereinafter “instant contract”) with five million won (hereinafter “instant contract”).

B. On January 22, 2015, E (hereinafter referred to as “the network”) suffered from the injury of “influoral salt and each side of the shouldered salt bars,” and was hospitalized in Furgical surgery, due to a traffic accident that occurred around 07:00, and died on January 23, 2015, where: (a) the Party complained of Party A’s breast-ray certificates; (b) the Party B was transferred to the astronomical parent hospital of the Ilent University; and (c) the Party B was killed in the form of an influorial fluorial fluorial fluor, a private person, on January 24, 2015.

C. The plaintiff A is the deceased's spouse, and the plaintiff B, C, and D are the deceased's children.

Plaintiff

On March 27, 2015, A filed a claim with the Defendant for the payment of KRW 5 million insurance proceeds, but the Defendant sent to the Plaintiff on May 29, 2015, a written statement stating that “The deceased would terminate the contract on the ground that the deceased did not notify the Defendant of the fact that he/she was treated with blood pressure at the time of entering into the contract of this case,” and that on June 3, 2015, the Defendant cannot pay insurance proceeds under the contract of this case.

E. Meanwhile, the deceased’s medical records of high blood pressure revealed in the instant pleading are as follows.
