1. The Defendant’s KRW 202,852,194 as well as 5% per annum from June 11, 2010 to July 17, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 28, 2010, the Plaintiff was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for embezzlement at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and was detained by law, and was confined to Seongdong-gu District Court under the Defendant’s jurisdiction on the same day.

B. The medical officer of Seongdong-gu has measured and prescribed the blood pressure with respect to the Plaintiff as follows:
