Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2011, while serving as public interest service personnel and serving in Busan Traffic Corporation, the Defendant left his service for five days from April 2, 2012 to April 6, 2012 without justifiable grounds, and for three days from February 13, 2013 to February 15, 2013, the Defendant left his service for at least eight days in total, due to the Defendant’s failure to serve in the service in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City.
