A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with I and H, engaged in the business of exchanging results obtained through the use of game products.

2. On December 2, 2008, the Defendant’s operation of the K illegal game room in the building located under the jurisdiction of the Gangseo-si, Gangnam, and L, with the knowledge and knowledge of the Defendant, shall exercise overall control over the game room business, and K, with the intent to share the money exchange duties in the game room, and L, with the intent to share the duties of customer management.
