Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2017, at around 17:40, the Defendant sought to display a complaint in the process of identifying the circumstances of the instant case and preventing the Defendant’s daily happiness F, while failing to keep the center by drinking, on the road in front of the C cafeteria located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon. On February 21, 2017, the Defendant, a police officer belonging to the D District of the Namdong Police Station, called upon receiving a report of 112 that Defendant’s daily happiness frighted, and tried to keep the Defendant’s daily happiness Frighting around E face.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes through violence or intimidation.
