A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 18, 2013, around 05:20, the Defendant: (a) considered the vehicles parked on the street in front of “C” located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, by drinking on the road; and (b) destroyed the said vehicles by making it difficult for the Defendant to keep the right-hand side and the left-hand side of the ENF stations and the vehicle in front of “C” located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and thereby making it difficult for the Defendant to stand up for the repair cost of approximately 40,000 won at the market price.

2. At around 05:25 on the same day as the above Paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) laid off the front day of the “Gart” road located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for the foregoing reason, the Defendant: (b) caused the Defendant to have a front glass window of the IK7 car owned by the victim H; and (c) damaged the said car to be repaired by approximately KRW 5.80,000,000 at the market price.

3. At around 07:20 on the same day as the above Paragraph 1 above, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim LA owned by the victim L, which was parked in the J of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by making it difficult for the victim to remove both eMM520 cars owned by the victim by hand, so that the market repair costs can be caused.

4. At around 07:35 of the above day, the Defendant, on the front side of the “O convenience store” located in the Daegu Dong-gu N, Daegu Dong-gu N, for the said reasons, destroyed the Defendant’s vehicle’s repair cost at approximately KRW 8.440,000,000, by getting the Defendant, who had a front glass window for Q2le-man car owned by the Victim P, to get off the said vehicle into a hemoth.
