A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment and a fine of KRW 600,000,000 by the Gwangju District Court for property damage, interference with business, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on November 3, 2017.

1. Damage to property;

A. On March 6, 2018, around 18:25, the Defendant destroyed the above vehicles owned by the victim by the Defendant, such as spiting the victim’s Franzer HG car on the front glass of the vehicle and preventing the use of the vehicle by putting the driver’s seat in front of the vehicle in front of the vehicle, on the ground that the vehicle was parked across India in front of the “E” restaurant located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, and the passage of the victim’s Franzer HG car is difficult.

B. On March 13, 2018, the Defendant, at around 16:00 on March 13, 2018, destroyed the above vehicles owned by the Victim G by the Defendant, such as: (a) putting the victim’s H-learning vehicle on an unclaimed goods at the front glass door on the ground that the vehicle was parked across India and the passage of the victim is difficult; and (b) putting the vehicle over by hand and preventing the vehicle from being used; and (c) 332,200 won for repair.

On April 2, 2018, around 21:15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim J-owned vehicles of KRW 3,604,710 to repair the said BMW vehicles owned by the victim I, on the ground that it was difficult for the victim I to pass through the vehicle parked in India by the victim JJ’s NM7 passenger vehicles in front of the “L” restaurant located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, for the reason that the above BMW vehicles are parked in India by hand; (b) damage the above BMW vehicles owned by the victim I by c,604,710 won, such as cutting off the bM vehicles by hand; and (c) continued to damage the above 7 MM vehicles owned by the victim J-owned vehicles, such as repair costs1,245,81 won.

On April 9, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime against the victimO that the victim's P K7 passenger cars are parked in front of the Seo-gu in Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, about 11:40.
