A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and suspension of qualifications for two years.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on June 21, 2018;

A. From June 2017 to around one year, the Defendant entering a residence was hedgingd with the victim B for about one year. On June 21, 2018, around 18:48, the Defendant came into the residence of the victim under the building C, Echeon-si, Echeon-si, and opened an open gate in his/her hands and intruded into the victim’s residence.

B.
