1. The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The land of Geumcheon-gu Seoul is originally combined with the land of 90 square meters, D 14 square meters, E 22 square meters, and F 182 square meters, which was registered on January 19, 1981 on August 22, 1984 with a commission registration on August 22, 1984, with the land of 772.9 square meters and H 43.3 square meters in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and thereafter the area was changed to 816.2 square meters in size on December 17, 1993.
