1. The Defendant indicated the attached drawing among KRW 4,919,00 and KRW 169 square meters in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, as from September 15, 2015, on the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. D acquired, on March 21, 1996, ownership of the building on two floors (1st floor, 70.41 square meters, 28.76 square meters, underground rooms, 8.93 square meters; hereinafter “the building on the first ground”) of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “the building on the second ground”) and the building on the second ground, 201 square meters (hereinafter “the building on the second ground”) and the building on the second ground, the building on the second ground, 497 square meters, 28 square meters, 498 square meters, 498 square meters, 498 square meters, 35 square meters, and 35 square meters, and 22 square meters (hereinafter “the building on the second ground”).
B. Since then, D provided the instant building site Nos. 1, 1, 2, and 2 as joint collateral to the National Bank of Korea (1) on September 14, 2006, with a maximum debt amount of KRW 1,004,300,000 for a joint collateral (No. 40493), and (2) on September 14, 2006, 186,50,000 for a maximum debt amount of KRW 186,50,000 for a collateral (No. 40494), and (3) on November 13, 2007, respectively set up a collateral security (No. 46356, respectively) with a maximum debt amount of KRW 91,00,000 for a maximum debt amount of KRW 91,00,000 on November 13, 207
C. Meanwhile, among the instant land No. 1, a boiler room (hereinafter “instant boiler building”) which is constructed with solid material having an independent form as a wall attached to the instant building on the ground of the wall No. 2 and a boiler room (hereinafter “the instant boiler building”) was constructed, which is a large and small pipe connected with the underground room and bath of the instant land No. 2 with the wall No. 3, 4, 5, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 10, 9, and 3 successively connected with each point of the attached drawing No. 3, 4, 14, 13, 100, 10, 9, and 3.
In addition, among the land No. 1 of this case, the part caused by the ship connected with each point of 14, 6, 15, 12, 13, and 14, among the land No. 1 of this case, is connected to the second floor of the building No. 2 of this case after the boiler building of this case.
