Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired on the back of the card with a view to gambling by preparing the so-called “mail card” and a special siren capable of verifying the contents of the said card, in which special material is buried, and the contents of the card can be identified.

The aggregate amount of KRW 245,040,000 is the aggregate amount calculated on the basis of corrected amounts.

In total, 66 times as described above, the victims were urged to receive 245,040,000 won.
