On July 5, 2012, in collusion with the Defendant, B, B, E, and F, the Defendant issued a receipt for collecting the source of the forged wage and salary income to the employee of the victim slot Card (ju), who was unaware of the forgery at a place where the location of around July 5, 2012 is unknown.
