A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized evidence 1 through 8 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 1984, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years in imprisonment with prison labor for the purpose of night intrusion larceny in Incheon District Court for 8 months, 2 years in imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Central District Court on December 1, 1989, 2 years in imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul High Court on May 16, 1994, 2 years and 6 months in imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Suwon District Court on August 26, 199, and 3 years in imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc

1. From August 25, 2014, around 19:30 on August 25, 2014, the Defendant was at the house of the victim E, 103, 203, 103, and 203, the Defendant: (a) went through and intrudes into the off-board window outside the beeas, which was not locked; (b) took 6 gold bars of an amount equivalent to 1.6 million won at the market price in the margin; and (c) taken six gold bars of an amount equal to or less than 1.6 million won at the market price in the margin; and (d) attempted to steals or attempted to steal cash, etc. of an amount of KRW 80,558,000 in total at the market price during a total of 19 times, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually intruded the victim's residence at night and stolen the property.

2. When intending to possess gas guns violating the Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, etc. Act, permission from the chief of the police station having jurisdiction over the domicile shall be obtained;

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the chief of the competent police station, the Defendant possessed a stolen gas emission gun, as described in the annexed Table 3 No. 3 from the beginning of September 2014 to December 24, 2014.
